When  I see the news I think there is no other news in India no farmer protest, no covid 19, no issue about it, only issue who won the election.

The west Bengal election started on 27 March 2021 and will happen in 8 phases. A total of 294 constituencies are going to elect their representatives. There are 7.32 Cr eligible to vote, 20 lakh are first-time voters.

 West Bengal election has had 3 phases of leadership, post-independence.

 Before 1977 Like another state it was mostly governed by congress.

From 1977 to 2011, it was governed by the CPI(M), with Jyoti Basu and Budhodeb Vattachargya, Joti Basu is Indias longest-serving Chief minister at the time.

 Since 2011 West Bengal has been under the governance of TMC led by Mamata Banarjee

 In this election, there are 2 strong opponents TMC and BJP. But there is also CPI(M)
