China change the parliament rule in Hong Kong.

 Hong Kong: The national people congress or NPC is the highest governing body in china, This NPC changes the present and future of China. It has more than 3000 delegates, It meets annually and discusses the long-term plan.

 

This year NCP’s main agenda to change the parliament rule in Hong Kong. The semi-autonomous region parliament is totally changing now.

 

As per previous rule, there are 70 seats 35 are electrical by the Hong Kong public and 35 are pro china representatives. Now China wants to change the number of seats, Now china wants 90 seats in the Hong kong parliament.

But anyone doesn’t know how they fill up the 20 seats, most probably there are 20 people directly selected by CCP(Chinese communist party).

 

Now the 35 seats are electoral seats If the hong kong resident wants one of those directly elected seats, they will now have to be vetted by a panel to make sure they are patriotic ( means pro china). And the 35 electoral seat members should follow the government body of china. This means now the electrical candidate now choose by the Chinese communist party.

 

The whole world worried about it, European Union said “ Will have a significant impact on democratic accountability and political pluralism in Hong Kong .”In one line Democracy is in danger in Hong Kong.
